Women’s Healing Circles

Experience the power of sisterhood and community in our women's healing circles. These intimate gatherings provide a supportive space for women to share, connect, and heal together.


We offer a variety of healing circles based on topics that honor transitional moments in a woman’s life. We use a mix of Ayurvedic principles, mindfulness, and emotional support tailored to the circle theme, your guests and and special requests.


Motherhood and Matrescence Circles

Focus: Navigating the transition to motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

Intention: To create a nurturing space for new and expecting mothers to feel seen, heard, and supported.

Activities:

  • Guided meditations for grounding and self-compassion
  • Ayurvedic postpartum care tips for nutrition, self-massage, sleep, and emotional well-being
  • Sharing stories and experiences to build a sense of sisterhood

Add-ons:

Focus: Supporting women transitioning through career changes, starting businesses, or finding new life purposes.

Intention: To help women step into their personal power with clarity and confidence.

Activities:

  • Journaling prompts to uncover passions, life purpose and align values
  • Goal-setting exercises infused with mindfulness
  • Group discussions about challenges and wins

Sacred Self-Care for Burnout Recovery

Focus: Helping women recover from burnout and rediscover balance. Optimal for women who are also caregivers (i.e., caring for aging parents, spouses with health issues, single parents, nurses, etc).

Intention: To create a restorative space for women to pause, recharge, and prioritize themselves

Activities:

  • Meditation, Breathwork and physical movement for stress release
  • Discussions on Ayurvedic self-care practices, such as daily rituals and seasonal routines
  • Gratitude moment to reframe perspectives.
